Returns

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care products after use.

• Items damaged by the customer.

• Products without original packaging or accessories.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For other returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
